About BBS Advocaten
BBS Advocaten is a law firm in Cuijk specialising in insurance law. It runs a nationwide practice and represents policyholders in disputes over claims, coverage and allegations of fraud. The firm also handles liability, contract and civil-procedure matters.
The challenge
BBS Advocaten manually followed court RSS feeds to find decisions by category and keyword. For each decision, a member of staff wrote a blog with a title, header and summary, plus a social post. The firm also wanted to turn its own PDFs into this content. The recurring work took more than five hours a week.
The analysis
BBS needed content that matched the legal areas it covers. That's why processing starts with selection by category and keyword.
We mapped the full content process: from RSS monitoring and filtering, to the writing itself, the house-style requirements, and the publishing channels (blog plus social).
Most of the time went into writing up selected decisions. That took the firm 30 to 45 minutes of writing per decision.
BBS also lacked a way to push their own PDF documents through the same pipeline, which created duplicate work.
What we built
RSS monitoring & filtering engine
The automation reads court RSS feeds and selects decisions using the configured categories and keywords. That selection feeds the next step: preparing the blog and social post.

PDF-upload pipeline
