TopDevs is a development agency that combines AI, automation and custom software. We build fast, modern products for growing businesses: fixed price, fully your code, and live faster than you're used to (smaller projects often within weeks, larger builds in a fraction of the usual time).

Who we are

Founded by entrepreneurs who built large IT companies themselves

TopDevs was founded by Reno Toonen, Joren Meylaerts and Remo Vloet. They built several large IT companies themselves, in the Netherlands and abroad, and made software for dozens of clients across all sorts of industries and niches.

Over those same years they watched plenty of IT projects fail at other parties. Sometimes a supplier simply didn't keep its word; more often the work ran on hourly billing and nobody could say where it would end. Projects never shipped, budgets got out of hand, and some companies went under because of it.

TopDevs is their answer to that: the experience of entrepreneurs who know what it takes to grow a software company, with agreements that prevent what they saw go wrong elsewhere.

The source code and the documentation are and stay yours. If you ever want to continue with another team, you can.
We say so when something shouldn't be built
If an existing package fits better, or an idea isn't worth the investment, you hear that from us before you pay for it.
