- Native Salesforce applications — For Simply we built a real Salesforce app in Apex, with permissions, oAuth and external credentials. It runs inside ATSs like MySolution, Byner and Tigris, not as a limited iframe but as a full part of the system.
- Client portals and back office — An environment where account managers configure each client themselves, without a developer involved. Simply's Customer Management System is exactly that: self-configurable, with full logging underneath.
Configurators and product configuration
Let your customer build, choose or calculate for themselves, with a price or result that updates live. A good configurator replaces an hours-long quoting process with a few clicks in the browser.
- Real-time calculation engines — For Mastone we built a rent-points calculation across 100+ conditions that runs in seconds instead of hours. The platform works out the maximum rent and the gross yield live, as you type.
- Configuration through to output — A configurator is only finished when something comes out of it. Mastone generates an online brochure with shareable links to investors right away, so the result of the configuration is usable immediately.
Support, maintenance and hosting
Software that is live needs maintenance. We are happy to do that for you, with monitoring and clear SLAs, but you are never tied to it. You always keep the code and the keys.
- Hosting and monitoring with an SLA — We run your application on reliable hosting, keep an eye on it and step in before you notice. Agreements on response time and availability go into an SLA, in black and white.
- Optional, because you keep the keys — Because the source code is fully yours and you keep access to your own infrastructure, you can move maintenance and hosting elsewhere or take it on yourself. We earn your trust back, we do not lock you in.
Cybersecurity and protection
