Why we run software projects differently
Reno, Joren and Remo spent years in IT before TopDevs existed. They built large systems themselves and sat at the table with other parties, where the same thing kept happening: a project that just wouldn't go live, a budget that got out of hand along the way, and now and then a company that never recovered from it.
In software the cause is rarely the code. Things go wrong because nobody writes down upfront what will be built, or because every hour lands on an open-ended bill, and sometimes because the client never gets the code in their own hands.
