About Simply

Simply is an AI recruitment platform based in Cuijk, in Noord-Brabant, built by the team behind TopDevs. It works inside a recruiter's existing ATS to automate the administrative side of recruitment, from transcribing conversations into structured data to parsing and reformatting CVs. The platform is built EU AI Act- and GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001-certified, with all data stored in the EU. It integrates with ATS systems including Salesforce, Mysolution, Byner, Tigris and Bullhorn.

The challenge

Recruiters lose hours every week to admin: writing up meetings, parsing CVs and vacancies, building documents, keeping the ATS clean. Simply set out to fix that with AI. But the bar was high. The tools had to be accurate, not gimmicky. They had to live inside the systems recruiters already trust (often Salesforce-based ATS's), not in a bolted-on iframe. And because Simply handles sensitive candidate and client data, the whole thing had to be secure by design. Simply needed a complete, native, secure AI recruitment stack, and TopDevs built it.

The analysis

The core pain is admin, not sourcing. A recruiter's day fills up with meeting notes, CV parsing, document creation and data entry. That is where the 4-6 hours a week disappear, so that is what the AI had to take over.

Most recruitment-AI tools sit next to the ATS in a limited iframe. Recruiters then copy data back and forth, which kills the time saving. The work had to run natively inside Salesforce, where Simply's users already are.

Candidate and client data is sensitive. Anything we built had to meet ISO 27001-grade security: controlled access, strict 2FA, full logging. Security could not be an afterthought.

No two clients want the same setup. Different data points, different conversation profiles, different branded templates. The platform needed a flexible foundation that account managers can configure per client, without a developer.

A full suite of AI automations that takes the admin off a recruiter's plate. At its heart is an integrated notetaker that captures online and offline meetings and turns each conversation into clean, structured data in the ATS.

A native integration into the Salesforce ecosystem, not the limited iframe that competitors ship. Built in Apex, with deep Salesforce architecture work so Simply's users get the full recruitment stack inside the environment they already trust.
