About Quantum Life

Quantum Life is a Netherlands-based wellness venture behind the "Quantum Life: Manifestation" guided-meditation app, available on iOS and Android with a matching web portal. The product is built around a personalised meditation experience that blends affirmations, binaural beats and the user's own photos and videos. It serves an international meditation and manifestation audience.

The challenge

Roy Martina had a large international audience around meditation and manifestation, but his content was scattered across different places with no single home. He needed one product that brought it all together: a way for users to create their own manifestation journeys, a library of classes from himself and other teachers, and a commercial layer that could carry subscriptions at scale. On top of that he needed a web experience that explained the proposition fast and converted his audience, sharing the same accounts and payments as the app.

The analysis

The audience already existed and was large, so the product had to handle real scale from day one, not grow into it slowly.

The centrepiece, the Quantum Movie creator, leans heavily on media processing: secure uploads, mobile-format conversion, audio and affirmation sync, caching for smooth playback, and saves that survive a dropped connection.

A marketplace of classes from multiple teachers needs more than a video player: creator profiles, categories, favourites, recommendations, streaks and offline playback all shape whether people come back.

A commercial layer at this scale means free trials, monthly and annual plans, entitlements, renewals, cancellations and keeping Apple and Google billing in sync, all without breaking access.

On the web side the challenge was balancing heavy visuals and animation against fast mobile performance, through asset optimisation and responsive layouts.

Cross-platform mobile app (Flutter)

A native iOS and Android app, built in Flutter, that guides users through meditations, lets them build their own Quantum Movies and gives them a marketplace of spiritual classes.

Quantum Movie creator: choose what to manifest, pick themes like health, wealth and love, and combine visuals, affirmations and music
Set length and structure, upload your own photos and videos, and save multiple movies
Heavy media processing: secure upload, mobile-format conversion, audio and affirmation sync, caching and resilient save on dropped connections
Quantum Growth: a library and marketplace of video, audio and written classes from Roy and other teachers
Creator profiles, categories, favourites, daily recommendations, push notifications, streaks and offline playback
Full commercial layer: payments, free trials, monthly and annual subscriptions, entitlement management, renewals, cancellations and Apple/Google sync
Product analytics throughout, scalable content delivery and storage, crash monitoring and app-store compliance

Marketing website & customer portal
