In short

Showpad is a sales enablement platform: one place where sellers find the right content, product information and training, share it with customers, and see what happens with it afterwards. More than two thousand companies worldwide run on it, among them Coca-Cola, Bosch, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, PepsiCo and Mitsubishi. We are an official Showpad partner and do the work that falls outside the standard product: interactive Experience Apps, integrations through the API, content that stays current on its own, and the setup around it.

What gets in the way

Showpad solves a problem almost every sales team recognises. The good stories and the good documents do exist, but nobody finds them at the moment it matters. One seller sends last year's deck, another builds something from scratch, and marketing has no idea which version is sitting with the customer. Showpad puts it in one place, on laptop and tablet, and it keeps working on site without a connection. Afterwards you can see what was actually opened and for how long. There are training and coaching modules in there too, plus shared digital spaces where you walk a deal through together with the buyer. The part that gets interesting for us is the layer on top. Showpad lets your own applications run inside the platform: Experience Apps, built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, that get the same sharing, tracking and offline behaviour as a regular PDF. Think of a product configurator, a calculator that works out what your solution returns for this specific customer, or an interactive catalogue that makes a large range manageable. That is exactly what Showpad brings partners in for, and it is what we are certified for. We think along with you: we listen first to what you want to achieve now and where you are growing, then pick the technology to match, for the most scalable and powerful result that is also cost-efficient.

Your product cannot be explained with a PDF

With a technical product, a large range, or a story that shifts per customer, a static deck runs out of road. The seller ends up talking around it instead of showing it.

Showpad knows nothing about your other systems

Prices, specifications and product data live somewhere else and get copied over by hand. Every change is double work, and before long one source no longer matches the other.

Outdated versions are doing the rounds

The moment someone downloads a file and edits their own copy, the central version stops being the single truth. Material reaches customers that nobody signed off on.

You use a fraction of what you pay for

Showpad is in place, the licences are running, but in practice it turned into a folder of files. The modules that make the difference were never set up around how your team works.

You cannot see what happens at the customer's end

Plenty gets shared, but what happens next is guesswork. Without that insight you keep producing content on gut feel instead of on what demonstrably lands.

What we build

How we help

Custom Experience Apps

Interactive apps that run inside Showpad and feel like part of the platform. Configurators, calculators, product explorers and demos a seller can walk through in front of a customer, with no connection required.

Integrations with your own systems

Connecting Showpad to your CRM, product database or in-house application through the API and webhooks, so data is maintained once and stays right everywhere.

Content that stays current on its own

Material that arrives from the source and refreshes itself instead of someone re-uploading it by hand. New prices or specifications are live everywhere the same day.

Setup, structure and rollout

How your library is built up, permissions per team or region, access through your own login, and the guidance to get the team genuinely using it.

Reporting outside the platform

Pulling usage and engagement data out and putting it next to your own numbers, so one view shows which content contributes to revenue.

Ongoing development and upkeep

Keeping existing apps and integrations working as the platform changes or your offering shifts, in small steps rather than one big catch-up.

Our approach

From idea to working software in four phases

Every project runs through the same four phases, so you always know what's happening, what comes next and what it costs — from first call to live software, usually in weeks rather than months.

  1. 01
    Phase 1Free intake

    Understand & analyse

Everything starts with a good conversation. We map your goals, processes and the bottlenecks worth solving — no sales pitch, just an honest read on where the biggest win sits.

Bare rock — the starting point before anything grows
  2. 02
    Phase 2Free blueprint

    Blueprint & quote

We turn the analysis into a blueprint: a clear plan showing exactly which steps we'll take and why, paired with one fixed quote. You know up front precisely what we build, what it costs and when it's done — no open ends, no hourly billing, no surprises afterwards. And getting that blueprint is completely free, no obligation.

First grasses taking root on the rock
  3. 03
    Phase 3Prototype in days

    Build, test & deploy

Then we build, in short iterations. You see a working prototype in days and a finished product in weeks. We work on a modern, AI-native and secure stack — with data protection and GDPR in mind from day one.

Grass and the first blue flowers emerging
  4. 04
    Phase 4100% your code

    Implement & optimise

We launch, hand over the full codebase and keep improving on your terms. You get 100% ownership of the code we write — no lock-in, no licensing games. Hosting and maintenance are optional, never required.

A rock in full bloom — grasses, daisies and wildflowers

What you always get

Fixed price

Agreed up front, never an open end.

100% code ownership

Your code, fully yours, no lock-in.

Live in weeks

Prototypes in days, finished in weeks.

Modern & secure

A scalable stack that always integrates with the latest tech. Secured by our in-house cybersecurity experts.

Tools & tech

We build on the technology that fits you best. Already working with a certain stack — whether that's .NET, PHP or something else — we simply build on it. Starting fresh? We draw on years of experience to pick the technology that's strongest for your situation. No forced migrations, no tech for tech's sake.

What you get

Frequently asked questions

What is Showpad exactly?

Showpad is a sales enablement platform. It gives sales and field teams one place for everything they need in front of a customer: presentations, product information, pricing, demos and training, on laptop and tablet and without an internet connection. What you share is measurable, so you can see what was genuinely looked at. It also includes modules for training and coaching sellers, and shared digital spaces for walking a deal through with the buyer. It is used mostly by organisations with a complex product and a sales team out on the road.

What does being an official Showpad partner mean?

Showpad runs a partner programme for agencies that handle implementation, integrations and custom app builds for customers. We are part of it on the development side. In practice that means we work with the official tooling and guidelines, we know the platform from the inside, and you are not stuck between two parties when something needs answering. For you the difference is mainly that custom work stays within the boundaries Showpad itself maintains, and therefore keeps working as the platform evolves.

What can you build inside Showpad?

Anything that runs on web technology and can be packaged as a self-contained app. A product configurator the seller walks through on the spot, a calculator that works out the payback time of your solution, an interactive catalogue, a comparison tool, or a demo that makes a machine or process visible. An app like that gets the same sharing and tracking behaviour as any other material in Showpad. What is not possible: functionality that needs its own server running inside the app itself. We solve that with an integration outwards rather than server logic within.

Does an app like that work without internet at the customer?

Yes, as long as we build it that way. Showpad downloads material to the device, so an app that carries everything it needs keeps working in a factory hall, a basement or on the road. That does put demands on the design: data that has to come from an external source gets fetched in advance and stored locally instead of requested live. We agree up front what has to work offline, because that decides how we build it.

Can you connect Showpad to our existing systems?

Yes. Showpad has an API and webhooks, which covers most of what you would want to exchange: updating content and users automatically, pulling product data from your own database, or pushing Showpad events into your CRM. We start with the question of which data belongs where, because most of the gain comes from something being maintained in one place only.

We already have Showpad but hardly anyone uses it. Can you help with that?

That is one of the most common starting points. We look first at how the environment is built up and where sellers get stuck in daily use, because low adoption is almost never about missing features. Usually it is a structure that does not match how selling actually happens, or material that is out of date. Then you get a plan with priorities. Sometimes that means a custom app, often it means clearing up, connecting and restructuring first.

Are we tied to you once you build the custom work?

No. What we build for you is and stays yours, source code and documentation included. Your own team or another party can take it over, and your Showpad environment remains your own. We think you should stay because it works well, not because leaving is too expensive.

What does a Showpad project cost?

It depends on what needs building and how much is already in place. A well-scoped Experience App is a different story from a set of integrations with an existing product database. So we start with an assessment and then give a fixed price per phase, which keeps you off an open-ended bill. Showpad's own licence costs run separately through Showpad.
